All Sales Are Final
Due to hygiene and safety standards, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products.
Damaged or Incorrect ItemsIf your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package. We will gladly replace or refund your item.
To request a replacement or refund:
- Email info@keienterprise.com with your order number, description of the issue, and photo(s) of the damaged or incorrect item.
- We will respond within 2–3 business days with next steps.

- Gift cards
- Sale or promotional items
- Custom-made or limited edition items
Refunds (If Approved)
Refunds are issued to your original method of payment and may take 5–10 business days to process, depending on your bank.
